As a native San Diegan and resident of Rancho Santa Fe, Bacino is extremely familiar with San Diego’s growth and commercial opportunities. He is a seasoned real estate and business professional with over 15 years of experience in all facets of sales, sales management, sales training, marketing and finance and has received a number of sales awards during his career. An experienced negotiator and marketing professional, Bacino brings knowledge and a sincere energy and passion for service to his real estate clients and to Luca Ventures, Inc.
Prior to founding Damico Realty Group and Luca Ventures, Inc., Mr. Bacino spent 3 years with Prudential California Realty as Realtor Associate specializing in mid to high-end residential, commercial and land investments where he annually generated multi million dollar gross sales. In 1999, Bacino co-founded Deal Management Systems, an internet based financial software company specializing in products that streamline corporate financial transactions. Under his leadership as Chief Operating Officer and VP of Business Development, Bacino built Deal Management Systems, Inc. into a profitable company and managed corporate finance transactions of over $1 billion.
Extensively involved in the community, Bacino served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Chapter of the American Lung Association for over 4 years and help develop their annual gala “Evening in the Sky”. Bacino is active in youth Sports and Arts programs and numerous networking groups, including the San Diego Venture Group, CommNexus (formally San Diego Telecom Council) and the San Diego MIT Forum. He believes in the importance of building relationships and giving back to society.
Bacino received his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and leadership education from the University of San Diego.

Prior to Luca Ventures, Inc., Mr. Wood founded Damico Realty Group. DRG is a full service real estate firm that represents clients on their residential, commercial and land investments throughout San Diego County. Damico Realty Group currently represents a development in the Gaslamp as well as other individual clients around the County. The company was founded with the beliefs of offering the highest level of real estate service while showcasing the individual sales agent. The company maintains a vested interest within the community by its impact through philanthropic involvement.
As an experienced real estate professional and successful business owner, Mr. Wood offers his clients over 8 years of knowledge in the areas of sales, marketing, client relations, and operational management. Mr. Wood’s experience living internationally has provided him with a cultural education that enables him to comprehend the business and social expectations of clients from around the world. He has built his career on candid communication and a commitment to results.
Mr. Wood was a top producer at Prudential California Realty with JA & Associates. He received the Chairman’s Circle Award for top sales production at the company. As the Co-Owner and Vice President of Maid Brigade of San Diego, Inc, Mr. Wood received 10 special commendation awards and guided his company to become the third fastest growing franchisee in the company’s 25 year history.
In 2006, Mr. Wood was named as one of the “40 Under 40” by San Diego Metropolitan Magazine. In addition, he is a graduate of the esteemed LEAD San Diego, Inc. program.
Mr. Wood currently serves as a board member on the San Diego Housing Commission Loan Committee, Chair of the YES Committee at the University Club, and the Property-Based Business Improvement District (PBID) in Downtown San Diego.

Alex Tsakiris moved to San Diego six years ago and attended the University of San Diego, graduating with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Real Estate. While attending USD, he was part of the USD Real Estate Society and the National Society for Collegiate Scholars. Mr. Tsakiris is a resident of downtown San Diego.
Mr. Tsakiris started his career in property management. Prior to Luca Ventures, he helped manage a community with over 400 units in San Diego. During that time, he was able to acquire many skills necessary for running a successful property management company.
His role in Luca Ventures includes tenant procurement, maintaining a direct line of communication between landlord and tenant, rent collection, and other managerial duties. Mr. Tsakiris looks forward to continuing his role in Luca Ventures and other real estate opportunities.
